Design and Build Solutions handle special jobs for DISABLE and OLD age peoples having their office on LEES Road, Oldham, a subsidiary of Ruscon Ltd, managed by a professional and qualified civil engineer with vast experience in design and construction. We specialises in design, supply & installation of adaptations to people’s own homes, Health Authority buildings & establishments, undertaking all forms of adaptations from simple grab-rails to major structural alterations. Our dedicated team also offers servicing for the various types of equipment that we supply.

We handle all jobs our selves and carry out with responsibility by our own labour or tradesmen. They are identified as listed labour of Design and Build Solutions.

We have our own designs of facilities and fixtures specially helpful for disables, fixed with great care. Special needs of any person or family help us to redesign or reshape the need.

Disable and Old people above Sixty can rely on us in carrying out any following job either self financed or through grants. We will file the application, prepare the estimates and carry out the job with your entire satisfaction if it is a Grant job.
