    Preparation basic criteria of projects, budgeting, estimation and preparation of tender documents, bidding schedules and work specifications.

    Management, Tendering, Evaluation of bids, Negotiations with contractors, Legal documentation for bidders, Execution of works, Billing, Supervision and administration of projects.
